IT TOOK MORE THAN TWO YEARS for Kevin Young to be indicted for Lisa Pruett's murder. On July 17, 1991, Cuyahoga County prosecutor Carmen Marino issued a statement after reviewing the evidence and said his office felt Shaker Heights had the right suspect, but not enough evidence to seek a Grand Jury indictment.Then there was the discovery of Robitussin with codeine - 30 empty bottles that the police had found when they searched Dan's home the day of Lisa's murder.
