I said its an "inactive" form. Vick inhalers have almost zero stimulant effects so I'm sure she wasn't swallowing it. Your thinking of benzedrex inhalers that has propylhexedrine in it.

She was sick so I assume she was using the inhaler "as directed" and had a little in her system
