Two teenagers were taken to the hospital Tuesday evening after they overdosed on over-the-counter cold medicine, police said.
The teens, ages 13 and 14, were at an event at Northwest High School when someone dialed 911.
Colerain Township Police took the 14-year-old to Mercy Hospital Fairfield. The other teen had gone home and was later taken to the same hospital by his mother. Police were told the teens took 16 to 17 tablets of Coricidin, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said.
Their conditions were unknown Tuesday night.
