Hi DV'ers,

[Edit : Posted on April's First, this was an April's fools joke. The Dextroverse will continue to remain online for as long as we can manage to let the site exist.]

I just got an e-mail from the Dextroverse founder (Void) concerning the future of the Dextroverse. Schering-Plough HealthCare Products recently made a bid to buy the Dextroverse, for an undisclosed amount of money. The liabilities and costs associated with hosting the Dextroverse increase with the current state of applicable laws and our growing website traffic. So, the decision has been made to shut down the Dextroverse at the end of this month.

My response to this is the first comment.

Bullshit. Schering-Plough HealthCare Products just offered me $100,000,000,000 for the domain name coricidin.org, which I an the legal owner. (Check the whois.) My attorneys are mulling over this offer. Yeah, it's gotta suck that I am beating them on Google for their own Trademark. I'm holding out for a $1,000,000,000,000 offer. That domain has gotta be worth at least that.
